By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process these materials solely for the purpose of generating your customized photo album. Our Service utilizes Meta APIs (such as Facebook Login) to authenticate users and facilitate app functionality. Your use of these third-party integrations is also governed by Meta's respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for the availability, data practices, or functionality of these external platforms.
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or generating content that is illegal, offensive, explicit, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or restrict access to the Service for any user who violates these terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AI Content Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to the loss of data, unauthorized access to your images, or dissatisfaction with the generated photo albums.
